Choice had been working with HRW for a couple of years back in 2005 when market research organizations were embracing the web to conduct their surveys 'on-line'. HRW were at the forefront of this technology and had begun to use a particular survey software that was soon to be used in many market research applications.

'Confirmit' was at this point at it's infancy. Choice made the decision to train many of their translators as well as their own project managers in the use of this software as it was plain to see that it was going to be widely used in this industry.

Most, if not all of HRW's surveys are on-line and Choice are working in partnership with them to capitalise on this technology to produce outstanding surveys in many different languages throughout the World
