Insight Research Group
Choice has been working with Insight Research Group for nearly two years. We were initially approached to assist with a fairly basic translation requirement. But very soon after, Insight realised that we had a lot more to offer with our expertise and knowledge of the market research industry. Insight are also part of a larger group of companies and Choice are now working alongside many others within the group and offering a real 'partnership' with lasting value.

A recent example showcases them handling a multi country project last minute: as well as the main EU 4, France, Germany and Italy, we needed them to cover Scandinavian markets, The Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland which, on the one hand may seem an easy enough scenario with a few markets sharing the same language but in actual fact, this added an additional challenge when it came to be able to differentiate markets such as Holland and Belgium, France, Germany and Switzerland, just to name a few. Questionnaires are hard enough to manage at the best of times and, as it was to be expected, the logistical nightmare of coping with its length and the country-specific differences gave Choice the opportunity to put their skills into practice.
Furthermore, what has made Choice an invaluable resource is their ability to cope with the more unusual requests that go beyond translation and proofreading.

Choice started working with Insight in 2008. The initial request for a few small translations grew to major projects and then to being a main supplier of translations.
This was mainly down to the reliability, honesty and ability to deliver by Choice's own project managers. That, coupled with the real understanding of how market research companies work and the demands of this industry, made a powerful formula for a successful relationship.
So much so that the services of Choice have now been 'rolled out' to other businesses within the group of companies that Insight RG are part of.
